We’ve had those moment when a cold gust hits, and suddenly your doggo’s shivering before you even leave the front porch. We noticed that most small-dog coats either didn’t shield against moisture, or they looked charming but didn’t do much when rain came. So we hit the drawing board intent on marrying comfort and practicality.
