The top edge measures:

• Extra Small - 9cm when flat, 18cm neck circumference, unstretched.
• Small - 10cm when flat, 20cm neck circumference, unstretched.
• Medium - 12cm when flat, 24cm neck circumference, unstretched.
• Large - 14cm when flat, 28cm neck circumference, unstretched.
